I'm Tonja Nolan and I have over 20 years of experience in education, which brings deep dedication and heart as my role as a Student Engagement Specialist. At New Meridian, I support students in strengthening their attendance, academic performance and essential soft skills like time management, task initiation, and organization. My work is rooted in a belief that meaningful relationships- between staff, students, families, and the broader community- are the foundation of a thriving school. 

I am also a passionate contributor to the Boulder County community, offering consulations to families and individuals exploring post-secondary pathways. My commitment to student success extends beyond the classroom, helping others navigate educational with clarity and confidence.

Outside of work, I am a creative spirit- a poet, writer, and musician- who finds joy in artistic expression and quality time with my family. My household includes two beloved dogs (one of whom is deaf) and a widly entertaining tuxedo cat whose antics keep everyone on their toes.
